Do I need an electricity supply?

Yes. We will supply extension cables up to a maximum of 45 metres for all our equipment, so you will need access to a power outlet near the set-up area.

Do you allow face paint, glitter or similar items?

Please note that face paint, glitter, temporary tattoos, confetti, silly string, and similar products are strictly prohibited on or near any of our equipment and inflatables at all times, as these products can cause permanent staining and damage.

Damage and replacement charges will apply where necessary.

If our team arrives at your booking and any prohibited items are present, a refundable £250 security deposit will be required before set-up can proceed.

The deposit will be fully refunded after collection provided the equipment is returned in the same condition as it was at set-up and no damage or excessive cleaning is required.

Are there any other prohibited items or rules?

For the safety and cleanliness of all equipment, please follow the below rules:

NO silly string on any equipment or inflatables.
Shoes must be removed before using any inflatables and socks to be worn.
No food or drink on any inflatables.
No BBQs, heaters, or open flames near any inflatable equipment.

Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning, damage, or replacement charges.

What happens in bad weather?

The safety of our customers is our priority.

We will not set up equipment during heavy rain or where wind speeds, including gusts, exceed 24mph.

We also reserve the right to remove or take down equipment during a party or event if weather conditions change and we believe it is unsafe to continue operating.

What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?

Please note that we do not set up outdoor inflatables on:

Astroturf
Concrete
Decking

Outdoor hires must be installed on a grassed area only, unless the booking is for indoor use.

How long does set-up and pack away take?

Please allow sufficient time for delivery and collection when selecting your booking times.

For a standard bouncy castle, we recommend allowing a minimum of 30 minutes before your party starts and 30 minutes after your event finishes for set-up and collection.

For packages or larger bookings:

Small packages: 45 minutes – 1 hour
Multiple inflatables or larger event packages: 1 hour or more

If you are booking multiple items or a larger package, please contact us before booking so we can provide a more accurate timeframe.

Please note that delivery and collection times are approximate and can vary depending on travel and previous bookings.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes. We hold Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million.

This covers situations where an accident or injury occurs due to our negligence, such as equipment failure or incorrect installation.

The hirer remains responsible for ensuring:

Adequate adult supervision at all times
Safe use of the equipment
Compliance with all safety instructions provided

If you have any concerns regarding liability during your event, you may wish to consider arranging your own event insurance for additional peace of mind.

Can we move the bouncy castle after it has been set up?

No. For safety and insurance reasons, equipment must not be moved under any circumstances once it has been delivered and installed by our team.

All equipment is installed correctly and safely by trained staff, and photographs are taken during set-up for safety and insurance records.

Moving equipment after installation can create serious safety risks and may lead to injury. Any movement or alteration of the set-up by the hirer or guests may invalidate responsibility for any resulting incidents.
